If I push the button does it automatically go to the police/ambulence?


Every account that we setup has it's own personalized emergency call list. This can consist of friends, family members or neighbors. We will first try to contact the client first and then we will move to the call list in an attempt to verify the call. If we cannot verify the call then we will dispatch the emergency services.




Is the button waterproof?


The device is water resistant. The device shouldn't be submerged under water for long periods of time but is rated for the shower.




What happens if the battery runs out?


We send text messages to the emergency contact list that would like to receive them when the battery reaches 20% life. When the battery reaches 10% then we will call the customer as well as the emergency contact list. A text message will be sent to the emergency contact list when the battery runs out.




How long does it take to charge the battery?


From 0% to 100%, it takes 3 hours.




Does the device work outside of my home?


Absolutely. Our devices are all design to work inside and outside of the home. Rest assured that help is always a push of our button away, no matter where you are at.




How long the does the battery life last on the device?


30-day charge for the Belle unit. 3-5 days on the Belle + device.




Which payments are accepted?


All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted. We are entirely paperless at Total Care Solutions.




What is the service cancellation policy?


30-day written or email notice.
