Frequently asked questions
Every account that we setup has it's own personalized emergency call list. This can consist of friends, family members or neighbors. We will first try to contact the client first and then we will move to the call list in an attempt to verify the call. If we cannot verify the call then we will dispatch the emergency services.
We send text messages to the emergency contact list that would like to receive them when the battery reaches 20% life. When the battery reaches 10% then we will call the customer as well as the emergency contact list. A text message will be sent to the emergency contact list when the battery runs out.
